Here, a list of hedge fund in the Finnish market is listed. For each
listing there will be narrative text as well as some comments on the
style. Managers are listed by their respective strategies.
Fixed Income (Arbitrage)
Fixed Income arbitrage is a relatively complex strategy, both due to
the complexity of the market as well as the relatively high capital
demand for each instrument, remember that bond markets tends to be more
liquid for large size order. Here large is well above 10 million USD.
Arcos
Arcos is one former Brummer fund that was closed down in October
2005, following flat performance for a period over almost two years (the
fund was launched in February 2004). Total return was slightly below
zero (-1.5%) with ending capital well below 10 million €. Relatively
little information about the fund is available.
